Starting pay begins at $18 per hour, with clear opportunities to earn up to $30 per hour as you gain experience, efficiency, and mastery of our systems. The faster you learn and the more consistently you deliver quality work, the more you earn. There is no artificial cap holding motivated employees back.
Supervisors and leadership roles are salaried positions, offering stability, responsibility, and long-term growth for team members who step up and lead.
